Considering a "newer" C70 retractable hardtop, probably a 2009 or later. Were there any particular years to stay away from? Retractable top issues that are expensive? I'm seeing nice used ones for $20k-$25k. Thank you.

After searching all the fuel pump options for my S70 I decided to go with the PPS brand complete pump assembly from IPD. I pulled the old pump (Volvo original dated coded 1997) and put it next to the new one- they are pretty much identical. The new one went in perfectly and connected with no wiring ...

It starts right up, even after sitting for several days. I read something about fuel pressure bleeding back through the fuel pump, so maybe it has something to do with that.

When relieving the fuel pressure at the fuel rail (shrader valve) I noticed that there was no pressure. This was after the car had been sitting for over 12 hours. It starts and runs fine. Does the fuel normally bleed back through the pump to the tank, or do I possibly have a leaking injector? Should...

On my '98 S70 the headlamp wipers work, but not the washers. Do the washers run off of the same pump that feeds the windshield, or is it a separate pump? How do I locate the pump(s) on this car? The Chilton manual is no help. Thank you.

I purchased a new key fob/ remote (OEM Volvo) for my '98 S70 and wanted to see if there is an easy way to program this without going to the dealer. I read something about turning the ignition on/off 5 times within 10 seconds, but I think that may be for older models. Any ideas? Thanks.

Warranty I think is 180 days.
