Plugs are all genuine Volvo. There is a discrepancy between the manual and the internet on the gap. Conventional wisdom says .44. That is what i have it at.

Anyone know where to get the coupler to the N/a throttle body from the intercooler piping for the IPD rip kit? I highly doubt the one the kt comes with will stretch (but haven't tried). Doesn't look like the coupler that Snabb sells will work since it is for the stock piping.

Still chasing the misfire. Here’s what I’ve tried – swapped coils, no change.
Swapped injectors. No change.
All new plugs no change
Changed injector loom and fuel rail no change.

New FPR no change

New crank position ...

Any update on this? Was it a leak in the lower intake manifold? I am getting the same symptoms on mine. I also did a leak down test and all checked out good. Makes me think that what you hypothesized is correct- that there is a leak in the intake on cylinder 1 in the lower manifold.

So- I finally had some more time to play around with this (had some other projects). With VIDA/DICE in the Vehicle Communication tab, under TCM, you can manipulate each solenoid and Vida will tell you it's status. With the car in Park, I can turn on and off each solenoid and the status will change ...

How are those $39 4 year old tie rods working for you? Any reason not to buy those and get the genuine Volvo ones?
