Agreeing with Lee on the rod bearings. Might as well mic up the crank journals for roundness while you're that far into it. If there's any scoring on the journals, you'll want to have it turned a few thousandths and install oversized bearing inserts. Notice that the bearing inserts don't have a lit...

Main seal, maybe gearbox drive shaft seals? Also check Turbo.
