2000 v70xc. Coolant sensor light has stayed on since I replaced the expansion tank last December. I've since replaced the sensor 2 times (once with a Volvo sensor) and have recently replaced the expansion tank again. All new parts. Light is still on.
Any ideas?

Did you find a solution to this problem? I have a 2000 v70xc with exactly the same symptoms. Light stays on with sensor removed, light goes off when float is held down and comes on when float goes up.
