Re: Aftermarket wheel fitment
I thought as much j-dawg,thanks. Misha, the wheels are a 45et. I was going to use 10mm spacers to bring the offset to 35et,but I decided not to get the wheels,as they weren't as pictured in the ad. The pricing dropped to 58 USD per wheel, but they're not the style that I wanted. I'll probably end up w...

Aftermarket wheel fitment
I was looking at aftermarket wheels for my 1997 850 T5 wagon.
I know that the bolt pattern is 5x108mm,but quite a few of the aftermarket wheels actually are 5x107.95.
Will that .05 (0.000197 of an inch) make that much of a difference in fitment?
Thanks!!

Electronic Climate Control problem
Hello! I have a 1997 850 T-5 wagon. Runs great, but a couple of days ago when I started it up the REC and A/C lights began to blink. It blinks about 17 to 18 times, then it stops. I have read about this problem and some of what can cause it. I drove it yesterday to narrow things down. I drove it for a...

Thanks to those who replied and gave me possible answers to my questions...rguzz and 850 LPT! Evidently unknowingly I did what Neil (scot850) recommended and it seems like the problem is solved... I'll also look into the replacement of the FP relay as suggested by beigg as well. Who would have known...

Re: Newb's situation
Okay rguzz,I'll attempt that. Thanks!
From reading I'm now guesstimating that it wasn't the fan whirring, but rather the fuel pump?

Newb's situation
Hello. First time Volvo owner, bought an 1997 850 T5 wagon for a steal (900usd) It was running fine until yesterday when the local weather took a turn for single digits overnight. Went to go out yesterday morning and it would turn over and crank, but not start. The previous owner put a so-so battery i...
