I pulled these 305mm brake calipers off a junkyard S60 a while ago thinking I would swap these on and upgrade my 2.5T's rotor size. I ended up going another route so I don't need these any more but can mail them for the cost of shipping plus a little bit for my time, maybe $20? Negotiable ...

I'd second Blacklab's guess at the prop shaft, only because I had the forward joint go bad and it started vibrating at exactly 30mph. But it was a much more severe, car-shaking vibration than the howling under-driver's-feet vibration you describe. Perhaps it is the same thing manifesting differently ...

Hey all. I went to replace the lower transmission torque mount on my 2006 S60 2.5T AWD and noticed a few liquid drops of oil hanging out on the mount, as well as some evidence of leakage over time (pooling on the top of the splash guard, evidence of oil on the bottom of the oil pan).

If you don't have an aux cooler, this diagram still works, just imagine the aux cooler isn't there, or that the aux cooler in the diagram is your in-line filter.

FCP sells a spacer set & longer lug bolts. Check your length. When I put spacers on my V70R my lug bolts weren’t quite long enough.
