Problem Is solved! Turned out to be the Crank position sensor.

There are two little tabs down in there and they need to be pushed in to remove it. its really hard to do i broke mine when i took it out and replaced with a usb port to my radio.

I did a radio swap in my S60 when i get home tonight ill send a link to the set up i used. My steering wheel controls work but my dash clock does not.

I came home from work and pulled the drivers side shaft out and sure enough it was slightly shorter than the old one. I then preceded put the old shaft in and sure enough that solve my problem!
