Good idea. Would it be helpful to arrange in a searchable Excel spreadsheet? Also, it would be good to state the ISO standard -XXX identification number. Expand for P2 Volvos?

@abscate I very much appreciate postings like this and have tried to document similar information a few times myself so that others (and myself) can search it out in the database. What you've done with this o-ring info is actually quite a generous act, both in what you posted and in the other input you will generate.

I don't know how helpful it will be to Volvo owners, but I recently got some o-rings for a water filter system from a company called
Captain O-Ring at www.captainoring.com (I like the name.)

I can second the recommendation about ordering extra 0-rings and crushable washers for thing like the oil plug and banjo connectors. The real trick is being able to find those little parts when you need them. I'm still working on that. Thought I had it solves a couple of times, but no...

Turbo and 1999 PCV banjo bolt copper gaskets

Part 11194 - this is also a P2 ECT gasket so if you need one look for a P2 nearby.

Size 18mmx12mm by 1mm thick

Fitment

P2 ECT gasket

P80 Turbo oil line supply (return uses a different drain system with a flat gasket) 2peices total

P80 Coolant turbo supply and return banjo, 4 pieces total

1999 PCV vacuum banjo bolt under IM - 2 pieces
1999 Coolant PCV pipe return to cylinder head at rear of engine, 2 pieces
(Supply uses hose with barbed connector

Go for it. Take my measurements with a grain of salt. Used a harbor freight digital caliper.
