Like the title says, how do you remove the trailing arm bushings?

I had one done by a mechanic in '06. They used an air hammer do smash it to bits...then they replaced the right side unit with a left side bushing!

Well, my left/driver's side bushing is broke, and I also replaced the right side bushing with a proper one. These things are tough to get out. After breaking both bolts off because they have frozen solid in the aluminum, I used a sawzall to cut off the rest of the bolts off.

Here's one thread showing my delta links debocle and the new right side trailing arm bushing,

and another thread showing my busted driver's side bushing,
