V70 2003 brake lights

I see a message to "check stop lamps" I replace both bulbs and the message still there. The brake light in the center of the window works and I checked all the fuses as well. I still have no brake lights. Any suggestions?

Check all fuses first for the rear lights. If they are ok, next thing to check is the relay in the REM (rear electronic module).

Thanks for your reply. My owners manual does not show the relays how can i tell which one is the right one?
