the second code shows its the o2 sensor the problem

sometimes the engine pins on light load u think i need to change the o2 sensor.?

How many miles on the car? Has it ever been changed before? Sometimes the electrical system in the car can get "spikes" thus causing a code to get set when it's really not necessary. The best thing to do is reset the codes and drive for a few hundred miles. Then check the codes again. If the code is back, then yes I would recommend replacement of the o2 sensor.
