Okay so I f'ed up.
While replacing bulbs I thought I could clean up the corroded connections with some dielectric grease. Later I learned that this was a bad idea and not the right ointment for the job.
Now it seems i've shorted something out.
My front turns do not work at all but parking lights do come on and are brighter like the turns are on all the time.
The rear turns click rapidly
When the hazards are on they click normally but only the rear lights work. Nothing up front.
I cleaned the terminals out and tried another hazard/turn relay switch.
Neither has worked. Any suggestions?
Any help is appreciated.

When any of turn signals blinks faster that means that the other side is not working.
For example...when you turn on left side turn signals and one of them blinks faster, that means that the bulb on not working turn signal is blown or bad.
Replace the bulb on not working one and you'll be fine.
If that doesn't help, check the fuses for turn signals.

Make very sure that the bulb(s) is/are inserted properly. The nubs on the side of the lamps are slightly offset and it is possible to put them in the wrong direction but they will never work properly if you do so.
