740 - 1991 - Jammed Glove box
Have a jammed glove box that will not open. The round knob is able to turn but the mechanism is not releasing. Any thoughts? Thanks

This is one way that works. It may take some time but it doesn't cause any damage to the cover.
Slip some thin string along the top edge and down the sides of the glove box. Work the string back toward the latch while pulling down. You may need to play with it but you should be able to depress the plastic latch enough to open the compartment door.

Work was good - retirement is better.
