Did you have luck with finding the leak? I am looking at a used v70 that has been stored outside and not driven for a a couple of months. The floor was wet and I was told that when they turned corners in the rain, their feet would get wet. I looked at the base of the windshield and saw that the drains were filled with tree droppings of all sorts. I cleaned them out. I then took it through a car wash and ended up with more water on the floor under the driver's seat, and also a puddle on the back seat. I took it to the dealer to have it checked out. They cleaned out the sunroof drains and found a rodent's nest somewhere and cleaned that out. I took it through the car wash again. There was no water on the seat, but some under the seat again. They extracted it, then when I got to my destination there was more. I'm going to look deeper into the drains under the windshield, since it seems like it is coming in through the heat ducts. Any advice from anyone? I love this car, but certainly don't want to buy it if I can't find the leak!!
