Well, I broke down and decided not to do this 85%, so I bought new inner and outer tie rods and new control arms!
Now I think I've replaced (or am in the process of replacing) every part that can wear out except the engine long block, the tranny and the axles (they seem to be OK).
Amazingly the Ebrake cables are good and rust free

SHE'S A RUNNING!
Did a quick 2 mile test tonight to make sure everything is buttoned up.
Will do more tomorrow and post some pics after I clean it up

No interior shots yet, not finished and won't be until I install a new AC evap, no use in tearing the dash apart twice!
Tonight the R bumper and rear wing go on along with a custom grill, new outside pics, hopefully tomorrow
