Can't get car out of Park

Started to leave in car yesterday and would not move out of PARK.

Use manual override button next to the shifter. Ignition key has to be in on position.

Cannot locate the mannual button. I only see the "+MAN-" beside the PRND***.

your car should have a "Shiftlock override" button next to the shifter...i'm not sure if your car is any different than a 98 s70 however. If so, press this, with your foot on the brake as normal, and see if you have any luck.

There is no button for the solenoid.

I may be wrong, but I believe your shift lock override button is under that little rectangle just below the "D" symbol. Get a small slot screwdriver and pry that off; it should be under there. A lot of cars don't have them as handy as the 1st gen 70 series Volvo. I am just going off the small picture, use common sense and don't pry on it if it is not made to move

Looks like it would be that spot under the D like previous member stated.
