02 S60 AWD with 68,000 miles on it. Low coolant light comes on about once a month. Coolant resevoir is always empty at that time. Fill and go another 30 days or so.
Car drives fine and does not blow any smoke. No signs of fluid leaking anywhere. Praying that is not a head gasket failing. Are there any particular areas that are notorious for coolant leaks in these S60s?
Any help is appreciated!

The lower radiator on the passenger side is known for leaks. With a slow leak it is either there or one of your hose clamps. The clamps used are a worm drive type and have no compensation built in for age and wear on the hoses from repeated heat cycles.
i am working on testing different and better clamps. I'll let you know who the winner is when I'm done. There is nothing wrong witha worm clamp other than you have to tighten them and on the turbo models can be harder to reach.
