sensitve brake lights

Hi on my 2001 v70 everytime i go over a slight bump in the road my brake lights flash on.
they also come on when clutch is down.
How do i fix this? ithought i would find a switch on pedal but i cant.

On my 98, there is a switch just above the brake pedal. I'd think you need to move it slightly towards the pedal - the bracket is easily bendable on mine, and the switch works in a way that when the contacts are pushed APART the brake lights come on.
