CEL code P108

Any guidance is much appreciated. This is the 3rd time it has come on with the P108 code from the OBD (Autozone reset it twice so far). No noticable change in performance or mileage. Should I wait for dip in performance or gas milage before acting?

absolute barometric pressure might be affected by a dirty air
cleaner or clogged intake to the filter
