Volvo no start
I have a '93 volvo 850 glt, came home one night from work and let it sit for a whole day. tried to crank it back up and it would not start, replaced the rotor and cap and its still getting sparl. When it was running it used to cut off occasionally, and some one told me its not getting enough fuel pressure, is it the pump???

Check your codes. If none, it's most likely a fuel issue, which could be the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, injector relay, or fuel pressure regulator. How many miles on the car?

If the problem you are having is in fact due to low fuel pressure, then it can be a lot of things. The things ( components ) that have to do with your fuel system ... sensors, relays, fuel pump, wiring .. ect.. However, base on your description where your car cuts out at time while driving and will not start at time, I would check the most basic ... which is the 12 guage red wire at your positive battery terminal. That 12 gauge wire get corroded over years and sometime will not make good connection.... in return, car won't start or cuts out while driving.

I changed the fuel pump and now its not getting pressure to the fuel rail, but it getting fuel to the fuel line.
