V70 R common issues?

Hello,

I've been doing a lot of research and hope to purchase a '98 V70 R AWD wagon sometime in the near future. Most likely it will have close to or over 100k miles, so what are some of the things that I can either look to have already done in the seller's records or look forward to doing soon after I get the car?

Rear main seal, timing belt, door switches and bubbling door liners, etc... ?

See if the air pump and ABS module have been serviced as well.
