Need help ID'ing where vacuum line plugs in

Post by JimBee »

After putting my airbox, battery, cooling fan back in (replaced alternator, radiator hose, heater core), I got everything reconnected and it started right away BUT I have one dangling white plastic line about 10" long with an elbow on the loose end. It comes off the vacuum tree (top nipple I think) and goes behind the injector cover, then out in the breeze. Where does it plug in?
Thanks—

sounds like the vac line that goes to your fuel pressure regulator.

The engine I think is the 2.4 L, '93 850. Hmmm. fuel pressure regulator. The line is by the fuel rail; not sure what the regulator is—the horizontally mounted barrel? Come daylight, I'll have another look.
Thanks!

The FPR is on the underside of the fuel rail there, between cylinders 1 & 2.
