Loose and squicky driver seat (V40)

Hi,

I bought my V40 last June, but it is a 2000. From some time now, the driver seat (powered) has been squicky and seems loose. I've read some similar problems with older models but none reported on this model. Does anyone know what the problem might be? How can I solve it?
