Door panel - loose part
This part (two pics...sorry for the blurriness) was sitting at the bottom of the front driver's door when I removed the panel. Anyone know what it is? Appears to have been glued in place.

That piece is glued to the top of the panel near the door lock button. Take a close look at the panel in that vicinity & you should see a witness of where it once resided. I've had to reglue this & other retainers on all but one of my door panels. Epoxy rules!

Yup, you guys were right....here's a pic showing the part (loose) and the location where it was just next to it.
Still not sure of its function but I glued it back and replaced the panel (but not before replacing some broken retainer clips and gluing some loose panel cardboard to the panel). Then replaced the cracked door lever bezel and we're looking as good as new...well, almost.
