2000 Volvo S80 T6 Heater Hoses replacement

Does anyone have instuctions or info on how to remove the heater hoses from the heater core at the firewall. Vadis provides not much info on how these hoses come away from the heater core. Also are there any special insstructions or suggestions on things to remove to make this job easier. I was going to replace both heater core hoses and lower hose all at the same time.

Any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

anyone please help, it looks pretty straight forward just want to know if there is a special tool to remove them from the heater core at firewall
