I have only once noticed more engine vibration with new mounts and this was on one of the work cars. I took it back to our workshops and they found one of the mounts had skewed slightly as the bolts were tightened. They loosened it off and the vibration was gone. I don't think they need to be "broken in".
I have just read this through again from the beginning and found that your problems were when you were driving the car, not stationary with the engine idling. Code 2-3-2 relates to the fuel trim whilst idling. In this situation I would erase the fault code and run the car to see if it returns. Sometimes codes are set due to a minor glitch in one of the systems and never come back.
Bill.

That green fuel (10% ethanol) still raises flags with me. It is possible the (new) filter can be partially blocked causing the vibration & lack of power when warm, putting new engine mounts aside, (which should actually give less vibration when new due to the newer, more supple rubber in them)
My 960 has had almost two months with no codes after replacing the coil packs which were cracked & shorting. Symptoms were not the same as yours though.
