I have a 1997 S40 SE with 225kms. The driveers-side seat belt won't release. In trying to get the tensioner to release by feeding the belt back in, it has now fully retracted and can't be extended. Is there anyway of releasing the belt save replacing the entire mechanism? By the way, tehre are no SRS warning lights on the dash. Any ideas of the likely cause?
Cheers,
