It is the fluid in the transmission. It cools and lubricates the unit. You should have a professional change it so that the proper fluid and technique are used.

I would suggest a Volvo dealer or Volvo specialty shop as some shops who do not know Volvo's may use the wrong fluid or try to fill it back up in the wrong spot causing damage.

Some people refer to it as a gearbox or an automatic gearbox. Your owners manual will give you the proper fluid recommendation.

Your owners manual is always visible at www.Volvocars.com
look under "Community" and then type in the document you want in the search boxes

Allow me to say something
if you needed to ask this question, you really have no right to start modding and asking which size exhaust to buy.
UNDERSTAND YOUR AUTOMOBILE, how things work and what does what.

I read on a the web they say if you put toyota iv oil and flush it
3times and flush the B4 servo I don't know what that is !!!
Okay they say it will be fine

My qestion is what grade toyota oil I must use

And what is a B4servo

My automatic gearbox clicks when I put it in reverse and when I drive and slow down it gears down smoothly
But when I don't stop dead and exalerate it clicks like it wasn't the hole time in gear!!!

what you read is you DRAIN AND FILL it (not flush it) 3 times.
I would not worry about the B4 servo just yet.
That is a small part that can effect the 3-4 UPshift, you change it, don't flush it.
From what you said, that doesn't seem to be your problem

You need at minimum new torque mounts or bushings and more likely the torque mounts and the pasenger's side motor mount.

If you're buying transmission fluid, whatever brand, make sure it's 3309. In your case I'd recommend taking your car to a reputable Volvo shop, they'll know what to use. I don't hink a flush, or a drop and fill will solve your issues, they sound more serious.
