'05 XC90 FPR help please- still no start...

'05 XC90 FPR help please- still no start...

Trying to help out a friend here. 2005 XC90 v-8. No start and threw 2 codes- P0089 and P0191. So far I diagnosed the fuel pump not running and replaced it- now pump running but still no start, so started looking into the FPR.

I read that it's behind the schrader valve which I can barely see under the TB, Is there a voltage test and how performed?

Also, if I need to pull this, do I need to pull the intake mani to get there? VADIS seems very vague about this whole subject.
