a high number of antenna ring problems are with connector and replacing the part deals with connection problem.
Pull steering column covers off and unplug the connector top the plastic housing around the ignition lock cylinder where the key inserts.
spray the connector with WD-40 and then plug it in and unplug it a few times then see if it starts and runs.

time for regular service has been on for a couple weeks. when I try to clear it with odom reset and turning the key method that I saw somewhere,it doesnt go away. But, after holding the reset in for like 30 seconds it beeps and 045 or 0045 comes up then the msg comes back. I am starting to think it is the fuel pump. when you turn the key on you cant hear the pump run.

Also when under the car ,I didnt see a fuel filter. The hose comes out the front of the tank like half way up,and straight to the front of the car. The other line starts up above the rear subframe in a black canister (evap or charcoal?) down the side of the tank and on to the front of the car. Is the filter in the tank?

look at the driver's end of fuel rail, do you see a three wire sensor there?
My memory tells me that demand controlled fuel pump started in 2004 but maybe some 03's have it too.
