When I did mine I removed the air intake pipe and then kneeling on the rad support, supporting myself on the strut bar, I could easily reach down and under the turbo and reach this connection point. The hardest part was squeezing the green clip with just my fingers, because you can not get a pliers at it. When I reinstalled the line I did it from the top, replaciing the line, and to get the clip back on, I went under the car with a pair of long needle nose pliers with a 90 degree bend at the end and it was easy breezy.
