CEM (Central Electronic Module) Cover - Part Number

Does anyone have a part number for the CEM cover for a Volvo XC90?

Also, any insight as to how hard this part is to replace would be helpful.

This cover seems to be the source of a nagging cold air leak in the footwell of my car. I am hoping
the replacement of the cover will cure the problem.

Again, any help on this will be appreciated!
