p0032 O2 sensor ohm

2001 v70
I just replaced frount O2 sensor
now new code p0032 (preheat signal high)
pulled new O2 sensor out
ohm across preheat wires 8.9 ohms (checked old sensor 2.1)
what is the correct ohms reading???

did you use OEM sensor with no splicing? If not, that is your problem.

I used solder splice (silve with acid flux)
but checked ohm on sensor side of splice
do you know whatthe ohm's should be???
