99 V70 remove & replace window regulator instructions?
99 V70 remove & replace window regulator instructions?
anyone have instructions on removing & replacing the rear window regulator? I have the door card (panel) off, motor is smoked so I have a have new regulator coming but need to pull the old regulator out. cant figure out how to disconect it from the rail/window and remove it from the door frame. Thanks in advance.

You may already be sure, but are you certain it's the motor?
99 times out of 100, it's a switch problem.
It's not to tough to unplug the switch at that door and
test the motor with a known good 12 volt power source.

Multimeter shows power to terminal connection at motor and my motorcycles battery connected to the motor doesnt move it, so looking to pull the regulator. thanks for the diagrams though

Bummer...I was hoping you'd have an easy one.
( Just confirming that the switch was unplugged for your battery test? )
Never swapped a motor. Hopefully, someone will chime in.

I just bought a couple spare motors and its three torx bolts attaching the motor to the metal mechanism.
