1998 S70 blinkers, radio, windows work intermittently

Intermittent issue when I turn on car my turn signal, radio, and windows all stop working at the same time. If I turn key to run but don't start engine everything works fine, it intermittently occurs only after I start engine. Aim real car novice hoping someone can provide explicit instructions including where to get parts if needed. Thanks!

Make sure you search ignition switch but the electrical portion of it (L side of steering column):
