replaced all bad vacuum hoses that I could find and still can not get air to come out my dash vents could it be that my svvt is bad any one have this problem before? air is blowing thru defrost and floor vents but the dash vents will not work at all.

By "svvt" I think you are talking about the electric solenoid valve bank under climate case on RH side.
There is a pin on the circuit board that is prone to getting solder joint crack and it takes down all the solenoids.
If it has a floor /defrost and recirc vacuum servos leaking and the system is in recirc the same symptom occurs.
One leaking gives changeover on acceleration and hills but when recirc is active (in Austin this week it will be...) you could easily have two leakers dumping all the vaccum.

We inspected and test it and found almost all of them needing to be soldered. Will have it done tomorrow. Thank you for your help.

Was able to get it soldered today and back in and the A/C is blowing thru the dash vents! thank you for your help I now think its time to put a new puley on it i hear the loudest squel while the A/c is turned on and I start the engine. Thank you again.
