windshield or headlights water pump ????

Good day everyone few days ago I took my '95 850 sedan to the shop to replace the trans. gasket, when I got the car back I noticed a part lying beside the battery, for sure is a water pump and it have this numbers stamped 1 390903 volvo hella. Can someone tell me if this pump is for the windshield, headlight or both and were is attached to.

If it was near the battery it is most likely the cruise control vacuum pump. It mounts to the underside if the battery tray. It makes sense that they removed it to work on the trans. The pumps for the washers are on the other side of the car and get mounted right on the washer bottle.

Thanks for your prompt answer, do you have a diagram how the hoses are connected, I ask this because as far I can see (without removing the battery tray yet) the pump have 4 ports and only 3 hoses connectted, so I don't know if there is a missing hose or one port stay clear

The 4th port is supposed to be open. It is the vent for the pump.

Thanks,I'm going to reinstalled it today on its original position
