S90 Oil leak around filter assembly
Well, the 98 s90 is sitting at 221K and I have an oil leak I can't afford to ignore. So... I went hunting around, and found some hoses that needed to be replaced. They were flanged, and spongy. But these hoses bring coolent to what I presume is the oil pump housing. So, my search continues. I have attached some photos of the area. Has anyone run into this before?

id say thats your oil cooler housing. Id replace the hoses, clean everything up and go from there.

The oil could be coming from the o rings that seal the oil cooler. That large nut has to be removed, but first confirm that is is leaking there and not from above, the front cams seals will drip down that far. You might try snug up that large nut to see if that stops it.
Replacing the orings is fairly easy.
