90 240 dl wagon obd not working

The other night my car stopped running going down the road,turn over not start.this morning
i tried to use the obd it would only light up pushing the button,my cel was lit now is dark even
in the on and start postion,and the obd will not flash at all after pushing for a function.
any idea what is wrong?i did spray fluid into the intake manifold ,still no start ,and a full gas tank.

The instructions for the use of the OBD are pinned at the top of the forum. There is a guide to checking the unit on page 6 of the .pdf file.

i replaced the ingnition control module,still obd not working,but obd getting power.replaced the ingnition coil,sprayed the
intake with fluid coughed started ,stalled sprayed again, didnt start ,waited a few miniutes started and ran rough
and then smoothed out, starting and running good.obd works again gave me a code for coolant sensor everything else
good,but i know i need an intank fuel pump ordered to be installed.
