2005 S40 Wheels on 1998 S70?

Just wondering if anyone know if a set of wheels off a 2005 S40 Volvo
16" wheels with 205/55/16 tires would work on a 1998 S70 which now has 195/60/15"? Is the offset of the wheel the same?

I understand that it will fit, but will need hubcentric rings to adapt the new wheels to your car. Better off finding a good set on eBay or something that will already fit your car.

Actually, the problem on the new S40 wheels is just the opposite. The center bore is too small. You'd need to take them to a machinist who can enlarge it.
