Hi Thanks all. the lights have been stable after a couple days of a rear bulb going out and coming on again. I have some little heat naturally rising up, but not enough to defrost. I still need to check fuse 30 so I can possibly buy a plug in defroster and my mechanic has not answered my calls about checking the blower motor. Fuse 30 tomorrow. Thank You all so very much.

Just another idea... with the integrated systems these cars have, if there is high resistance from corrosion in electrical cable components like battery clamps, engine grounds, etc., it could cause components to act strange and then normal, vibration from driving could affect it. it may not be the culprit but take a good look at your battery clamps, engine ground cables, and the power feed cables in the engine bay and verify that there's no signs of corrosion, fraying or broken strands of wire where the terminal lug is connected to the cable. And check that all connections are nice and snug. its kinda rare but Ive seen bad electrical connections cause some strange "gremlins' in a car. Good Luck!
