Noise coming from hood

Noise coming from hood

Hello!

Could someone please tell me if they know what this noise is? Here is a YouTube video of the noise:



It happens every time I turn on my car now and when I turn it off the noise lingers for more than a minute :(
I have a S40 T2 2005.

We had a similar noise on out 99V70 and it was the throttle body. Not sure if it is on your car.
