2008 volvo c70 radio without satellite

We just bought this car and found it didn't have XM. Has Dynaudio so assumed it would have this. My bad. So, questn is, is there a way to replace/ upgrade the stereo with after market? Really don't want to plug an external XM unit. Any suggestions? Thanks.
