Rattle and buzz in dash

I have a rattle and buzz that is absolutely driving me nuts. It is coming from the left corner of the dash in the area of the speaker. It usually rattles when going over a bump,but will also buzz for no apparent reason. Anyone no what it is and how to fix it??????
