Rough cold running, runs perfect once warm

2001 v40 1.9 turbo, 152k miles. Replaced coils, wires, plugs (denso pk20pr11), fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator. Cleaned idle control valve. On cold start, engine runs a little rough, and if driven hard while cold, cel comes on with po303 code. Once engine gets warm, it run fantastic! Any thoughs? Thanks

Volvo's are picky about plugs. I would only replace with the OEM Bosch or the Volvo plugs. No double platinum or anything else fancy. I don't know if that is causing you problem, but the cylinder 3 misfire is something that is ignition related. The IAC can be bad, but I am not sure if you would get any CEL's thrown if it was for sure bad. Also, did you check the plug gaps? It should be 0.028. How did you clean the IAC?
