The blue smoke is unrelated to the EVAP system - that could be a clogged PCV system or bad valve stem seals that seep oil down into the cylinders overnight.

Have you done this one? Assuming V70 & S70 are about the same in this area?
Volvo S70 Evap Small Leak Common Problem P0442. Charcoal Canister J Hose Fix
As for the smoke it could be the seals per (jblackburn) & rings or first signs of a Turbo Seal leak. If your dipstick is blowing some smoke after warm up it is likely the PCV and/or rings (just age) otherwise see my comments below to drastically reduce or eliminate the smoke regardless if it is from the seals, rings or Turbo. I would recommend skipping the Swepco 502 as it did cause (clean) the Turbo seals (internal) to leak because there was so much build up (black thick oil when I got the car) that it leak out and smoked under the hood during warm up till I changed over to all Swepco motor oil 15-40W. No more smoke under the hood and when it was smoking I could see the slight oil drip on the bottom of the Turbo housing from under the car.
If you are interested please read my comments here.
