65 Nm and then an additional 60 degrees. Do them in a star-shaped pattern.

The bolt I was referring to was the one bolt on the first page of your diagram, last photo. The single bolt in the center. Does this hold the rotor on and has to be removed? What does it need to be torques to? THANK YOU FOR THE ASSISTANCE!!!!

89 ft-lbs and then an additional 60 degrees. Or pretty much as tight as you can possibly get it with a breaker bar.

This bolt holds the rotor on or I do not need to touch? It looks like it holds the hub assembly to the drive shaft?

It does. What did you loosen? Just tighten back up whatever you loosened to the specs either there, or in the document above.

Such a newbie I am ....Now I am all stressed that I will screw it up.....I had my car in for a " brake and lamp inspection" and the shop would not pass it because the rotors were too thin. So I am installing new brakes in the front so and i didnt see a good DIY document on changing the front brakes.......I am doing this to obtain a salvage title for the vehicle...

You don't need to remove anything besides the pin on the FRONT of the rotor to get it off. Once you've got that off, it's held on by rust. Beat the crap out of the rotor with a sledgehammer from behind and you'll break it loose.

Believe it or not, the BEST price I found was $82 for the Volvo Front Bearing from "Stockwise Auto"!

And yes, TIMKEN HA594181 has F.A.G. Bearing inside the box (I checked it with my own eyes when I visited my local Autozone store!).

Two TIMKEN boxes arrived today, it is stamped F.A.G. - Made in Germany, for two dollars more.

Heavy.
I will install one at each front wheel. Looked closure at its character and compared the two, there are plenty of rust speckles and burn marks all over it. But one shows a visible shaved surface, see below. Would it throw-off anything since this topic is about "early failure".

The visible "shave" you refer to showed up on some genuine Volvo brake rotors I installed. I questioned the parts supplier about it and was told it is a balanced part and the shave is done to balance rotational weight (kind of like putting wheel weights on to balance a wheel). I was somewhat skeptical as I had never encountered same with any brand of aftermarket rotors I have used, but I did not notice any wobble attributable to an out-of-balance condition so I assume it is fine.
