Good news!

You're going to want to fix that rear cam seal before too long. When the engine leaks oil back there it can seep into the distributor cap and cause additional misfire problems. There should be a DIY posted in the repair database here, it is not very difficult to do. Main things are be careful taking out the old one, so you don't scratch any sealing surfaces, and reinstall flush without tapping it in all the way.
