My Engine is Making a Weird Engine Noise (Video)

Hey! This is my first post here on this site. Pretty cool place

Anyways my 1999 Volvo S80 T6 is making a weird engine noise, I made a video.

Do you think you can tell me what's going on with the car? The car has been idling weirdly at low rpms and stalling at low speeds.

Has the car got an Electronic Throttle Motor or is it a manual cable, if its an ETM it could well be that on its way out, get the car scanned for any diagnostic trouble codes as a failing ETM usually throws a code (or two) - Mike

I would say etm as well... you probably have a dead spot around the idle position. No check engine light?

if the ETM is ok it's most likely an airflow or metering issue. MAF might be a suspect (but since this is a T6 probably not? im not too sure how the T6 intake system works) or maybe intake manifold gasket or something stupid like that
