I have a 99 S70. I thought the oil return line on the turbo was leaking, but it wasn't the problem. It now looks like the leak is coming from someplace in the area where the fresh air intake enters the turbo. It isn't leaking that much, but I don't want it to become a problem. Could a clogged PCV cause the leak in that area? Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Pictures would be a great help in diagnosing what the issue may be here.

I know you changed out part or all of your pcv system, but check the following too:
There is a bayonnet connector at the lowest end of the air-intake hose (the accordian one) to the turbo. Attached to this is a hose that goes to the oil separator (part of the pcv system) under the intake manifold. If that line or the valve in the bayonnet connector gets clogged up, then the spill over dumps right on top of the turbo and if there's enough, will drip down on the floor. Be careful disconnecting the connector there...it's plastic and you can break it. Once the small hose is off of it, make sure it's not clogged. Use a pipe cleaner with brissles dipped in alcohol to thoroughly ream it out. I had the same problem and had to clean this valve out when changing out my pcv hoses. Maybe you already did this with your pcv maintenance, but I wrote this just in case you didnt' check the valve mentioned above, as it's often over looked.

I have the same exact leak that has sorrounded the clamp that goes around the air intake hose on my 1999 Volvo V70 XC. I have no visual on reaching the PCV Valve area. The brake cylinder is in my way and I have no way of seeing the bayonnet connector mentioned in someone's response. Thanks for your help. Also, anyone familiar with the viscous coupling problem I have.

Take the entire accordion hose off of the turbo, take it out of the car and then disconnect the bayonet connector. This is the only way that I was able to do it...otherwise, even if you get the connector out, you'll have mega issues trying to reseat it.
